- 3 eggs
- 4 slices smoked streaky bacon diced
- 60 g baby spinach
- 120 ml heavy cream
- 15 gr parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper
Mod de preparare
- Preheat on the Cosori Air Fryer, adjust to 175 C, and press start
- spray three 76 mm ramekins with nonstick cooking spray
- Add 1 egg to each greased ramekin
- cook the bacon in a pan until crispy, about 5 minutes
- add the spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes
- mix in the heavy cream mixture on top of the eggs
- pour the cream mixture on top of the eggs
- place the ramekins into preheated air fryer and cook for 4 minutes at 175 C, until the egg white is fully set
- season to taste with salt and pepper
