- 456 gr whitefish, or other mild fish, cut into 38x13 mm long strips
- 30 gr all-purpose flour
- 7 g old bay seasoning
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 180 gr panko breadcrumbs
- tartar sauce for servings
Mod de preparare
1. cut fish into 38x13 mm long strips
2. mix toghether the flour and old bay seasoning in a bowl
3. coat each piece of fish with the seasoned flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and roll in breadcrumbs
4. select preheat on the Cosori Air fryer, adjust to 175 C, and press start
5. spray the coated fish on both sides with cooking spray and place into the preheated air fryer
6. select frozen foods, adjust time to 6 minutes, and press start
7. shake the baskets halfway through cooking (the shake reminder function will let you know when)
8. serve with tartar souce
